     Terms and conditions The mentioned terms and conditions, which can be amended from time to time, apply to all services, which are represented in the online website www.allhotels.am (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Website”). A person (hereafter “User”), making reservation in the Website agrees to the below-mentioned terms and conditions. These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages and online reservation service provided on these pages and through the Website are owned, operated and managed by “ALL HOTELS” LLC. (“ALL HOTELS”, “we”, “our” or “us”) are provided for your personal commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Basic Provisions

1.1 We provide an online platform through which the hotels (including all the objects of hotel industry) of Armenia and Republic of Artsakh can offer rooms for reservation, and the users of the Webpage can reserve rooms. By making a reservation through Allhotels.am you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hotel. From the moment at which you make your reservation we act only as an intermediary between you and the hotel transmitted the details of your reservation to the hotel and sending you a confirmation email for and behalf of the hotel.

2. Description of services

2.1 The user agrees to the terms and conditions of the Webpage by making a mark in the space “I agree to the conditions” in the final stage of reservation. The user confirms his/her rights-actions and financial security and is responsible for the obligations concerning the reservation he/she makes. The user confirms that his/her and the other persons’ personal information is correct and is fully responsible for its completeness, correctness and assurance. The user is responsible for all the possible commercial risks (new reservation, change of prices, partial refund of money) that may occur because of his/ her incorrect actions and/or incorrect information.

2.2 Our services are based on the information provided by the objects of hotel industry. The objects of hotel industry are fully responsible for the availability of the rooms and other information that is represented in their pages. Although we try to ensure the quality of the suggested services, we cannot guarantee the correctness and the assurance of the information, we are not responsible for any false, incomplete and incorrect information. Each object of hotel industry is responsible for the correctness and assurance of the information (including the availability of the rooms and prices).

2.3 The user agrees to use the website for his/her or a third person’s reservation: the third persons must be aware of the terms and conditions of the Website. Our online platform must not be taken as a rate or a guarantee for the quality of services or the qualification of the hotels.

3. Booking and cancellation

3.1 For formulating the reservation, the user must fill in the form of the application of online reservation. The user confirms the correctness of his/her personal or third a person’s personal information and is responsible for the assurance of the information.

3.2 The user gets acquainted with the terms and conditions during the reservation. In case if some conditions, including cancellation, making changes, refunding etc. are not clear to the user, he/she can connect with us by the telephone mentioned in the Website or follow the mentioned link http://allhotels.am/ru/contacts.html.

3.3 A confirmation letter is sent to the user’s e-mail address indicating the status of the reservation after making a reservation.

3.4 By making reservation the user accepts and agrees to the terms of the Website or the hotel concerning the cancellation, no show or other extra terms. All the conditions of the cancellation of the reservation are represented in our Website and are sent to your e-mail address while making a reservation. Please note that special offers or some fixed prices cannot be cancelled or changed. It is recommended to get acquainted to the terms of the Website before the final reservation.

3.5 If you want to see or cancel your reservation click the link of the confirmation and follow the constructions. Please note that you may pay a fee for the cancellation or no show according to the cancellation policy of the hotel or the Website.

3.6 The reservation is considered to be cancelled after the user is send a letter of cancellation to the mail he/she has mentioned while registration in the Website.

3.7 All the terms of reservation, including any change, cancellation, no show and other terms of service are governed by the terms and conditions of the site and / or hotel.

3.8 If you are being late on the day of your arrival or you’ll arrive next day, let us know about it. We’ll contact the hotel, if necessary, instead of you. Allhotels.am is not responsible for your late arrival, cancellation or penalty.

3.9 In case if you have paid the whole money of the reservation, no penalties are applied to the cancellation in 7 days (168 hours) and the whole money is refundable. Please carefully read the cancellation policy of the hotel in the section “Cancellation” of the Webpage.

3.10 Please, note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation (in case of special offers and conditions for certain period of time). If there is a mark “non-refundable” while making reservation you pay the whole money of the reservation which is non-refundable.

3.11 In case of cancellation the money will be credited to your bank account in 21 working days.

4. Traffics and Booking Payments

4.1 The cost of the reservation is mentioned in the Webpage for the chosen hotel service. In Allhotels.am the prices of the rooms are mentioned for the whole period of time of your stay in the hotel and include VAT and other taxes, if nothing else is mentioned in the Webpage. The user agrees that other taxes may be charged according to the legislation of various countries.

4.2 Some tariffs or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change. By making reservation, the user confirms that he/she is aware of it and agrees to the terms.

4.3 The payment is made in Armenian drams. The currency converter is only an information and should not be considered as accurate and actual, actual prices may vary.

4.4 The reservation guarantee is the information of a bank account. “All Hotels” transfers the information about the bank card to the hotel indirectly. The bank card data is protected by 3D-SECURE technology.

4.5 According to the terms of the reservation of the object of the hotel industry, a guarantee for the Website is the amount of the reservation, in case of which the user agrees that the entire amount of the reservation, including taxes, may be withdrawn by the Website from the user’s bank card. Providing information of a bank card, the user confirms that he/she has got acquainted with the conditions of the hotel and Website reservation.

4.6 By paying for a reservation by a bank card, the user agrees with the withdraw of the money from his/her bank card account in AMD. The user’s issuing bank redirects the given amount to the currency, based on its internal exchange rate. Accordingly, the currency in the card may differ from amount specified on the Website.

5. Free of Charge Services

5.1 Our services are free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the rate.

6. Limited Responsibility

6.1 According to the restrictions, within the limits set by the legislation, we are responsible only for the direct damages, which have occurred because of our services at the full amount of your booking.

6.2 We are not responsible for any damage to the user occurred by the hotel. We are not responsible for the use of unauthorized communication means by the user, which has resulted in financial or other loss.

6.3 We are not responsible for the description of the object of hotel industry facilities or the inaccuracy of the presented values.

6.4 We are not responsible for any errors or omissions caused by object of hotel industry or supplier.

7. Rating and Visitor’s Rating

7.1 The completed rating may be posted on our Website on the corresponding page of the object of hotel industry only for one reason: to inform the guests about the quality of the hotel services and the quality of hotel facilities or may be used by our Website for marketing or other purposes. We have the right to modify or cancel your grades.

9. Other

9.1 The user is responsible for the preparation and collection of the necessary documents. We are not responsible for the lack of information or non-compliance of the requirements set by the user.

9.2 If nothing else is mentioned, Website maintenance required for the provision of services, as well as the intellectual property rights including copyright belong to "All Hotels" LLC.
