The hotel was built in 2015 following all the standards of the international Hyatt brand and was managed by Hyatt Company until 31st of March, 2019. Starting from 1st of April, 2019, hotel was renamed Grand Resort Jermuk. It is located just adjacent the famous mineral water gallery.
